Our Story

At The Green Dragon at Bedale, we take pride in our rich history and warm atmosphere. Established in the heart of Bedale, our pub offers a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike. We have recently converted our Conservatory restaurant into an Italian and now offer great tasty Italian dishes.

Parking

We do not have a car park, however you can park for 2 hours free of charge on the Market Place outside with a disc from behind the bar. If you are staying with us, Bridge Street or Auction Mart public car parks are your best bet and are £2.00 for 24 hours, both of them being only a 1-2 minute walk from us.


On a Sunday parking is free unrestricted on the Market Place outside.

We serve food 12-2:30 and 5pm-8pm Monday - Saturday and 12-4 on Sundays

Changes to Food Service Days...

As we move into our busier weekend season, we have made the decision to close the kitchen on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to enable our kitchen staff to have days off and prepare for the weekends trade.
